Job Location Madurai, Theni, Dindigul, Sivagangai, Karaikudi, Pudukkottai, Aranthangi, Alangudi, Ramanathapuram, Virudhunagar, Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Valliyur, Nagercoil, Tenkasi, Trichy, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ernakulam & Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall business operations and achieve organizational targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies for revenue and profitability growth.
- Manage sales, operations, customer service and business development functions.
- Drive new business opportunities, market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor and manage senior and cross-functional teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, targets and performance standards.
- Build solid relationships with customers, dealers, agencies and business partners.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across assigned locations.
- Prepare business plans, MIS reports and performance reviews for management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and statutory requirements.
- Identify business risks and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve long-term organizational goals.

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA preferred Experience: Relevant senior-level experience in Automobile, Commercial Vehicle, Two-Wheeler, Logistics, Transport, Dealership or related industries.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with strong experience in business management, operations, sales leadership, dealership management or multi-location operations.
