This is a commission-based role — your earnings scale directly with your performance, with no upper cap.

Experien c e: 1–3 years in sales/business development preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Key Resp o nsibilities
* Identif y and reach out to potential clients for web development & social media services* Generat e and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach,
and social platforms* Pitch B rand Socializers’ services and convert prospects into signed clients* Build a nd maintain strong client relationships for repeat business/referrals* Negotia te deals and close contracts in line with company pricing/packages* Coordin ate with the internal team post-sale to ensure smooth client onboarding* Maintai n a pipeline/tracker of leads and report progress regularly
Requirem e nts:* Excelle nt communication and interpersonal skills* Prior e xperience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency background is a plus)* Self-mo tivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-driven structure* Basic u nderstanding of website development and social media marketing services* Strong negotiation and closing skills
