Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, inbound leads, and networking

- Run discovery calls to understand prospect objectives, budgets, timelines, and decision-making process

- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, scope outlines, and commercial responses in coordination with delivery teams

- Present GladOwl capabilities and relevant solutions to prospective clients





- Maintain CRM/pipeline hygiene, follow-up cadence, stage movement, and weekly revenue forecasts

- Support commercial negotiation, contract closure, and clean handover of won accounts to Client Servicing

Must-Have Skills / Screening Criteria

- Demonstrated B2B selling or business development experience with measurable target ownership

- Solid verbal communication, presentation, and follow-up discipline

- Able to write clear proposals/emails and build a structured pitch deck

- Comfortable using a CRM or disciplined spreadsheet-based sales tracker

- Consultative selling mindset — able to diagnose a business need before proposing a service

Good to Have

- Prior experience selling digital marketing retainers or project-based agency services

- Existing network in education, B2C, D2C, or service-sector accounts

- Experience working with incentive-linked sales targets
