We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (B2 B) : TKJ's Ice Tea

At TKJ's, we're building a modern Indian beverage brand and looking for someone who can help us put our products where people work, travel, watch movies, and spend time.

This is not a traditional FMCG sales role .

We're not looking for distributor managers, beat sales executives, or general trade specialists.

We're looking for a business builder.

What you'll do

You'll be responsible for generating and growing B2 B sales across:

- Corporates & offices
- Cinema chains & multiplexes
- Airports & airport concessionaires
- Hotels & hospitality groups
- Educational institutions
- Hospitals & healthcare facilities
- Cafeterias & food-service operators
- Events & large-scale gatherings
- Strategic institutional accounts

You will

✅ Prospect and generate leads through email, Linked In, phone calls, networking and outreach

✅ Set up meetings, product tastings and commercial discussions

✅ Convert opportunities into long-term accounts

✅ Manage relationships post-sale and drive repeat business

✅ Coordinate with operations, production and logistics teams

✅ Maintain sales forecasts and pipeline visibility

✅ Track market trends,



customer behaviour and growth opportunities

Who we're looking for

✔ Exceptional spoken and written English (near-native proficiency)

✔ Solid email writing and communication skills

✔ Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship building

✔ Highly organised and data-driven

✔ Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Linked In and modern sales workflows

✔ Able to work directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment
