Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Pune City.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and follow up with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations. The role involves understanding client requirements, recommending suitable real estate solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of deals,



meet sales targets, prepare basic reports, and participate in local market research and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and convert prospects.
- Solid understanding of business and account management practices, including client servicing and relationship building.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and negotiate confidently.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable working in office in Pune City and engaging with clients in person.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools and MS Office for tracking leads and preparing reports.
