Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s sales growth in the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, field visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, service, and operations teams.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development and sales performance.

Required Skills

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Solid presentation and problem-solving skills.

- Interest in the EV/automobile industry is preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
