Amoye Systems is a growing digital solutions company specializing in Website Development, E-commerce Solutions, CRM & Automation, AI Agents, Digital Marketing, and Sales Funnel Development. We help businesses grow through technology, automation, and performance-driven marketing.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base by generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals for our digital and IT services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a hunger to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn & email outreach
- WhatsApp & online platforms
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital solutions
- Pitch company services (Website, Digital Marketing, CRM, Automation, AI, etc.)
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update leads in CRM or tracking sheets




- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for smooth project handover
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT, Digital Marketing, or Software Services preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic understanding of:
- Website development
- Digital marketing services
- Online business solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working in a digital agency or IT company
- Knowledge of tools like CRM, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in B2B sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
