nn Eligibility Criteria:

nnGraduate (Any stream).

nMinimum 1 year experience in inside sales/business development with revenue-based

nresponsibilities for the US/UK market.

nExcellent communication, discovery, customer service and presentation skills (written

nand verbal) to persuasively connect with senior level decision makers.





nHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,

nOutlook)

nProven ability to maintain a steady pipeline for short/mid/long term sales goal.

nn Key Responsibilities:

nnDemonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs

nto position an appropriate solution.

nUpdate and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.

nUnderstand, monitor, and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers.

nManage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content

ncreation, and inputs from various sources.

nNurturing accounts and contacts through various mediums of communication.

nDevelop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, sales

nprocesses, structure, and best practices across the company.

nSupport deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for

nproactive bids and proposals.
