Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and supporting lead generation activities through various channels.

The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals, and maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships,



following up on leads, contributing to sales strategies, and supporting the execution of business development campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify prospects and assess market opportunities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or related sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
