About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

As a BDA, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating business opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company solutions/services.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales/business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
