Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Project Management experience to drive requirements, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end project delivery. Work with advanced AI tools and emerging technologies to build future-ready skills and accelerate your career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Possess exceptional proficiency in professional communication, strategic stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely resolution of requirements.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder walkthroughs, where applicable.
- Create, maintain, and organize high-quality project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, meeting minutes, decision logs, and requirement trackers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project delivery risks - delivery quality, timelines, budget, escalations.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set the correct expectations and hold the delivery team as well as the customer accountable to ensure the success of the program/project.

Qualifications:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in AI/ML, Software Development, or IT projects.
- Global Collaboration: Clear, demonstrable experience working directly with US-based customers and managing multinational delivery teams (specifically across the US and India).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern project management and collaboration tools, including GitHub Projects, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Strong track record of managing multiple,



fast-paced client-facing projects concurrently.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams such as Data Science, Engineering, QA, and DevOps/MLOps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
