We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience for our Business Analysis / Solutions department who can understand customer needs, translate business requirements into transparent functional requirements, and work closely with technical teams to deliver the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Requirement Analysis

- Conduct customer discussions, discovery sessions, and requirement workshops.
- Understand business processes, user needs, challenges, and expected outcomes.
- Identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and end users.
- Ask the right questions to identify both current and future requirements.
- Document meeting discussions, decisions, assumptions, and action items.

Business & Process Analysis

- Document current (As-Is) processes and design future (To-Be) workflows.
- Perform gap, impact, dependency, and root-cause analysis.
- Identify business rules, validations, user roles, permissions, data requirements, integrations, and exceptions.
- Understand the actual business problem instead of focusing only on the requested feature.
- Evaluate requirements based on business value, feasibility, and priority.

Requirement Documentation

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS inputs, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability documents.
- Create clear user stories with acceptance criteria and relevant scenarios.
- Develop workflow diagrams, data-flow diagrams, wireframes, or basic prototypes when required.
- Ensure requirements are clear, specific, measurable, and testable.
- Maintain updated requirement documentation and track approved changes.

Solution & Delivery Support

- Work with solution architects, developers, UI/UX, and QA teams to assess feasibility, dependencies,



risks, and effort.
- Support solution proposals, demos, proof-of-concepts, and estimation discussions.
- Participate in Agile activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide requirement clarifications throughout the development process.
- Track requirement changes and communicate their impact on scope, cost, and timelines.

UAT & Handover

- Define functional scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test conditions.
- Review test cases to ensure business requirements are properly covered.
- Coordinate UAT, requirement validation, defect clarification, and sign-off.
- Ensure the delivered solution meets approved business requirements.
- Support customer demonstrations, training, handover, and post-implementation feedback.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
- Hands-on experience interacting directly with customers and documenting requirements.
- Experience working on software, SaaS, digital transformation, or integration projects.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional customer-relevant language skills will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A developing Business Analyst with strong customer-facing experience who can independently handle requirement discovery, documentation, clarification, and UAT support for small to medium-complexity projects.
