Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories and functional specifications.
- Use SQL for data analysis, validation and business insights.
- Work with Google Analytics/GA4 and GTM for digital/product analytics requirements.
- Coordinate with technology, product and analytics teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Support UAT, defect clarification and solution validation.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the requirement-to-delivery lifecycle.
