About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, assessing change impact, shaping change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across the client’s people, processes, and platforms. This position is client-facing, requiring a consultative approach that blends business analysis with change management practices. The individual will typically be embedded within a program leadership team and expected to influence change strategies from inception through to sustainment, ensuring successful adoption and realization of benefits.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives on medium to large-scale transformation projects. Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under ambiguity.

Deep working knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required. Proven experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, mergers and acquisitions,



digital or AI transformations, or regulatory-driven change programs is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, excellent communication capabilities, and proficiency in core business analysis techniques are also necessary.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP/CCBA are preferred, along with familiarity with agile and product-oriented delivery models.

Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst – Change Management, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities aimed at ensuring successful change adoption and program success:

- Define and tailor the overall change approach for each engagement, considering the client’s culture, change maturity, scope, and risk profile.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, business readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and sustainment strategies.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, teams, processes, systems, policies, and locations, quantifying change severity and shaping intervention strategies accordingly.
- Identify, analyze, and segment stakeholder groups, designing tailored engagement approaches to foster buy-in and minimize resistance.
- Coach executive sponsors and leaders, preparing them to act as visible change champions through coaching, communication tools, and coalition-building.
- Develop and execute communication strategies, including messaging architecture, channel selection, and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective two-way communication.
- Partner with training teams to define learning needs, shape blended learning solutions,



oversee logistics, and measure training effectiveness.
- Design and manage business readiness frameworks, including criteria, checkpoints, dashboards, and go/no-go decision processes.
- Mobilize and support change champion networks, establishing communities of practice to sustain change efforts beyond initial implementation.
- Proactively identify resistance sources, design targeted interventions, and collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to address sensitive change scenarios.
- Define adoption KPIs, reinforce behaviors, and develop sustainment plans linked to benefits realization and program value metrics.
- Own end-to-end business analysis deliverables, including process maps, operating models, requirements, and business case inputs, with a focus on change impact.
- Prepare executive briefings, steering committee reports, and change status dashboards to communicate progress and issues effectively.
