Job Responsibilities

- Interior Designing and Building Maintenance Marketing

- Basic Salary plus Commission

- Finding New Jobs and Supervising Site Works

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

- Visit potential customers for new business.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities.

- Project Planning, Monitoring & scheduling, Managing Resources & tracking of different materials & Resources.

- Monitor the relevant work information to enable claims for work activities to be detailed for valuations.

- Review cost estimates for new work.

- Manage in-house and sub-contractor costs from inception to completion of relevant contracts, highlighting areas of concern or increased delivery costs.





- Monitor and report on sub-contractor performance implementing corrective action requests where necessary.
