Role Description As a Brand Strategy Intern at Magsmen Strategy Consultants, you will support the strategy team in researching markets, competitors, and customer segments to inform brand positioning and messaging. You will assist in developing brand frameworks, preparing presentations, and organizing workshop materials for client engagements. Daily tasks may include drafting and refining strategic documents, synthesizing data into insights, and collaborating with consultants and designers on brand narratives and visual guidelines.

You will help coordinate project timelines,



maintain internal documentation, and contribute to case studies and thought leadership content. This is an on-site internship role based in Hyderabad, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to integrated brand and business strategy projects.

Qualifications

- Strong research, analytical thinking, and ability to synthesize information into transparent insights.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in storytelling and brand narratives.
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding concepts, or business strategy; coursework or projects in these areas are preferable.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity about brands, markets, and consumer behavior; willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad and participate actively in team discussions and client-facing sessions.
