Role Description The Brand Representative is a full time, in office role. This role combines brand representation, showroom sales, customer assistance, product selection guidance, and customer relationship building.

The Brand Representative will welcome and assist customers, understand their preferences and requirements, guide them in selecting the right shirts and other apparel, explain product features such as fabric, fit, style, and comfort,



and create a positive shopping experience.

The role also includes supporting showroom presentation, maintaining a professional appearance, contributing to sales goals, and representing the values of Navigator Casual Clothing with confidence and professionalism.

Candidates should be comfortable engaging with customers, learning about apparel and fashion, and working in a quick-paced showroom environment. This is an opportunity to grow with a 25+ year legacy company and a growing fashion brand.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Clear communication and active listening abilities.
- Genuine interest in fashion, clothing, and customer experience.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Basic sales or retail experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Skilled appearance and a positive, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in apparel or fashion retail is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
