About the Role

Foxbrain is looking for a smart, confident, highly presentable, and energetic Brand Promoter to represent our brand at residential societies, community events, and other designated high-footfall locations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing promotional stalls, engaging with residents and visitors, explaining Foxbrain’s offerings, generating customer interest, and building strong brand awareness through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Setup & Execution: Visit designated residential societies and locations on Saturdays and Sundays to set up and manage Foxbrain promotional canopies and stalls.
- Brand Representation: Represent and promote the Foxbrain brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive energy.
- Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with residents and visitors in a friendly, confident, and approachable manner.
- Product Awareness: Clearly explain Foxbrain’s products, services, and promotional offers to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Convert face-to-face interactions into customer interest and qualified leads.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and polished appearance while representing the brand.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the field operations team to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
- Reporting: Record and share daily activity updates, visitor feedback, and lead information with the management team.

Candidate Requirements




- Excellent and fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Smart, confident, presentable, and high-energy personality.
- Solid interpersonal and public interaction skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at residential society events for extended hours on weekends.
- Prior experience in brand promotion, direct sales, event management, hospitality, customer relations, or field marketing will be an advantage.
