nickPat Media, Maharashtra's leading talent management & influencer marketing agency for Marathi creators, is looking for a Brand Partnership Executive to build and grow our brand relationships.

What you'll do:

- Identify and reach out to potential brand partners
- Pitch influencer marketing campaigns and creator collaborations
- Build and maintain long-term brand relationships
- Negotiate and close brand deals
- Coordinate with internal talent and campaign teams for smooth execution
- Track leads, follow-ups, and revenue targets

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in brand partnerships, business development, sales, or client servicing
- Strong pitching, communication, and negotiation skills
- Language proficiency in Hindi and English
- Ability to build relationships and work towards targets
- Time management and multitasking
- Understanding of influencer marketing / digital media (preferred)
