- Owing and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory, expand customer base
- Drive current initiatives like sales process reengineering, digitisation etc. Drive core skillsets enhancement across CROs and BMs.
- Leading and directing team to ensure that they achieve their Business Goals in accordance with Organizational Strategy (Portfolio Size, Quality, Revenues and Profit for the financial Year). Liaise with other stake holders on the implementation of Companys strategic and operational plans.
- Portfolio management along with the risk team to identify areas of stress and undertake preventive and corrective measures. Product Profitability across segments
- Drive branches to the required level of productivity, while maintaining portfolio quality as per metrics. Make Vistaars brand visible in the catchment areas
- Ensure Efficient and Effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing Department
- Cost Management - Tracking cost lines - Salary, Incentives, LOC, sales management, direct and channel sourcing

- To analyse branch level problems, people challenge and address them
- Organization development and preparing the team for extended roles that are necessary as we become a Lender of Choice across the country (for Small Businesses).
- Lead by example by Vistaar Values and principles. Maintain and Develop Organizational Culture, Values and Reputation in our markets and with all our Internal & External Customers.
- To increase Vistaars visibility in all the locations where we are present and amongst family members of employees
- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high potential professionals and build future leaders.
- To drive consensus amongst the zonal team members for Vistaar processes and policies.
