About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced BMC Helix Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise IT Service Management solutions.

This is a hands-on development role , not an administration position. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Discovery, CMDB, integrations, workflows, reporting, Atrium Integrator and Innovation Studio .

- Experience: 4–10 Years

- Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 Days from Office
- Compensation: 4–8 Years: Up to ₹27 LPA Fixed
- 8–10 Years: Up to ₹35 LPA Fixed
- Notice Period: Up to 30 Days
- Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM applications and solutions .
- Develop and customize workflows, forms, interfaces and business processes.
- Work extensively with BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB and BMC Discovery .
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as Intune, SCCM, XSOAR and monitoring tools .
- Ensure synchronization between BMC Discovery and CMDB .
- Develop reports, dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
- Configure and customize Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard and Remedy ITSM .




- Configure Foundation Data and ITSM modules.
- Develop and manage Service Requests through SRM / Digital Workplace Catalog .
- Work with Atrium Integrator / Spoon Jobs for data integration.
- Develop solutions using Innovation Studio .
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues within defined SLAs.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and technical stakeholders.
