1️⃣ BMC Discovery Specialist — 3 Positions

Experience: 5+ years overall | 2–3+ years in BMC Discovery (ADDM)

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on BMC Discovery / ADDM experience
- Blueprint design and maintenance
- Discovery pattern customization
- Infrastructure/application dependency mapping
- Discovery data quality and CMDB integration
- Hybrid/cloud and on-prem discovery experience
- Upgrade, patching, and version compatibility experience
- Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of Discovery → CMDB → AIOps → ITSM
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Positive to have: BMC Helix AIOps, ITSM/ITIL, service modeling, leadership and mentoring experience. 2️⃣ BMC Helix CMDB Specialist — 2 Positions

Experience: 5+ years in ITSM/Configuration Management with dedicated CMDB ownership

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on BMC Helix CMDB expertise
- CI classes, relationships, and data model management
- Reconciliation and normalization




- Discovery-to-CMDB data integration
- Service modeling / BSM
- Topology-driven impact analysis
- CMDB upgrade and data model compatibility experience
- BMC Helix ITSM / ITIL knowledge
- Understanding of Discovery → CMDB → AIOps → ITSM
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good to have: BMC Helix AIOps experience, leadership/mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills. 3️⃣ BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) Specialist — 3 Positions

Experience: 2–3+ years specifically in BMC Helix AIOps / BHOM

Additional: 3+ years in monitoring/observability is an advantage.

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) — on-prem
- Event ingestion, correlation, noise reduction, and situation management
- AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection and baselining
- Service-aware and topology-driven monitoring
- Integration with tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk , etc.
- Dashboards and operational visualization
- Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting for remediation/self-healing
- BHOM upgrades, patching, and compatibility management
- Understanding of Discovery → CMDB → AIOps → ITSM

Good to have: Helix ITSM integration, modern observability (logs/metrics/traces), hybrid environments, leadership and mentoring experience. ? What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in professionals who have real hands-on enterprise experience , strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to understand how Discovery, CMDB, AIOps, and ITSM work together as an end-to-end ecosystem .
