Exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist EDI role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Billing and Accounts Receivable professionals with strong experience in Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, Data Analysis, SAP, Advanced Excel, and Salesforce (SFDC). The ideal candidate should also have good communication skills and exposure to EDI processes, Power BI, or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing activities accurately and within defined timelines.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice tracking and payment reconciliation.
- Work on billing-related EDI transactions and ensure accurate data processing.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
- Analyze billing and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
- Work with SAP for billing, accounts receivable, and financial transaction-related activities.
- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) for managing customer, billing, and operational data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related queries.
- Support reporting and dashboard development using Power BI or Tableau.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all billing activities.
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.





Eligibility Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related operations.
- Solid experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Data Analysis.
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Knowledge or experience in EDI processes and transactions is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and night shift.
