nROLE

nCreate and manage detailed Revit BIM models, architectural drawings, and construction documentation for international projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop Revit BIM models (LOD 100-300) from design through construction documentation
n
- Create architectural drawings and construction documents
n
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural/MEP teams
n
- Convert 2D CAD to 3D BIM models
n
- Ensure compliance with international building standards
n
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
n
- Support senior architects on project deliverables
n

nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
- B. Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) - MANDATORY




n
- 1-4 years of BIM modeling experience
n
- Robust Revit proficiency (Architecture module)
n
- Good AutoCAD knowledge
n
- Understanding of BIM workflows and LOD specifications
n
- Knowledge of international building standards
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong English communication skills
n

nPREFERRED SKILLS

- Navisworks for clash detection
n
- 3D Studio Max or SketchUp
n
- MEP BIM coordination experience
n
- Familiarity with international construction standards
