Role Description The Banking and Financial Services Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in India. The associate will handle routine banking and financial operations, such as processing customer requests, updating account information, and supporting transactions in line with client policies and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, entering and verifying data, resolving basic customer queries, and escalating complex issues as needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, following established workflows and service-level agreements, and maintaining accurate records to support audits and compliance.



Associates are expected to meet performance targets, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and follow structured processes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry tools; comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or banking platforms.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact courteously with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing transactions, reviewing documents, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of basic banking and financial concepts; prior experience in BPO, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in India and in shifts as required by business needs.
