Harry’s Cake & Bake LLP is a luxury bakery startup, crafting premium artisanal cakes, pastries, brownies, cookies, and chocolates. We are expanding our team and inviting fresh culinary graduates to join us in building a national and international bakery brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Support daily bakery production including preparation, mixing, baking, and finishing of handcrafted designer cakes, brownies, pastries, cookies and chocolates etc.

· Assist senior bakers in executing recipes with accuracy and consistency.

· Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across the production area.

· Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment under supervision.

· Ensure proper handling, storage,



and rotation of raw materials and finished products.

· Contribute to packaging, labelling, and presentation of bakery items for retail and special orders.

· Monitor ingredient usage and assist in basic inventory management.

· Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and customer requirements.

· Participate in training sessions and apply new techniques to enhance product quality.

· Demonstrate initiative, discipline, and creativity in supporting bakery operations.

Candidate Profile

· Fresh graduate from reputed culinary or hospitality school with specialization in baking/ patisserie.

· Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail.

· Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

· Team player with discipline and positive attitude.
