- Generate and convert sales leads into customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare business proposals and contracts.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated with market and consumer trends.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
What We're Looking For:
- Any Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Confident, professional, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in interior design / residential interiors will be an added advantage.
