JOB BRIEF:

An ideal candidate would be someone who has skill and interest in making a career in post-sales or Customer Success profiles and enjoy working directly with Clients and coordinating with internal teams to deliver best results for the Client.

JOB ROLES

- Coordinate with Internal teams to track and update current campaign status.
- Coordinate with the CS team to understand the client’s directives.
- Maintain a healthy process flow and work flow with the internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Ensure that the client specifications are well understood by the internal teams.
- Launch campaigns once received from Client or internal customer success teams.
- Keep proper and effective track of deliverables and other details as specified in the campaign details and timelines.

Skills:

- Excellent English skills- written and spoken




- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- MS office

Qualification:

Must have completed at least higher secondary education.
