B2B LEAD GENERATION & CRM DATA SPECIALIST

? ROLE PURPOSE
Build a high-quality, verified and non-duplicate B2B jewellery database for UK & European markets and convert market research into sales-ready leads .
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research B2B jewellery customers through Google Maps, LinkedIn, Apollo, RapNet/Rapaport, company websites and approved industry sources
- Identify jewellery retailers, wholesalers, brands, buyers, distributors & importers
- Find and verify decision-makers & business contact details
- Prepare, clean and enrich Excel/CSV lead databases
- Check and eliminate duplicate / invalid leads
- Upload leads into CRM
- Categorise leads by country, market, customer type, potential & priority
- Assign leads correctly to salespersons
- Track lead status, follow-up and salesperson activity
- Prepare Daily/Weekly Lead Generation MIS
- Continuously identify new UK & European sales opportunities
? KEY KPIs Lead Quality | Data Accuracy | New Qualified Leads | Duplicate Control | CRM Accuracy | Correct Assignment | Sales Follow-up
? IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2–5 years in B2B Lead Generation / Data Research / CRM
- Excellent Excel & internet research skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / CRM
- Solid analytical & data-management ability
- High attention to detail
- Excellent English communication
- Jewellery/Diamond/International Sales experience preferred
