Role: Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building AI applications, developing intelligent chatbots, implementing RAG architectures, and integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and AI frameworks.

Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and knowledge management solutions.

Develop and optimize prompts for business use cases.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise data sources.

Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance.

Build scalable AI workflows and automate business processes using AI technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

Ensure AI governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance.

Troubleshoot and support AI applications in production environments.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents.

Hands-on experience with:





OpenAI / Azure OpenAI

LangChain

LlamaIndex

Semantic Kernel

AutoGen

Proficiency in Python programming.

Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI application development.

Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, vector databases, and document retrieval.

Experience with REST APIs and microservices development.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of NLP concepts and AI model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, or Machine Learning certifications.

Knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI practices.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate.

Exposure to MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
