Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Automotive Sales and Automotive industry knowledge.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales planning, sales execution, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality client experiences.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and report performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced on-site environment in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
