About The Role We are looking for an experienced Asst. Manager – Onsite IT Operations to manage onsite IT infrastructure, end-user support, network operations, IT assets, vendors, and infrastructure availability. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable IT operations.

Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Department: IT Operations

Employment Type: Contractual – Yearly Basis

Experience: 10–11 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: General Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the IT interface for business requirements and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfil IT needs.
- Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, Dell servers, Cisco devices, firewalls, access systems, and other IT hardware.
- Ensure timely incident resolution in coordination with Service Desk and technical teams.
- Manage IT assets including deployment, maintenance, stock control, health checks, and physical audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, cabling, AMC, and infrastructure activities.
- Maintain IT/server rooms, including backup, equipment checks,



and safety and security compliance.
- Ensure availability and performance of LAN/WAN infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks.
- Manage SD-WAN, firewalls, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Veeam backups.
- Coordinate with AWS/Azure vendors for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- Execute hardware, software, and network upgrades, installations, and relocations.
- Troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and applications in coordination with COE teams and vendors.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows, LAN, SUSE/Dell Servers, and Telecom systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, IT security, SD-WAN, VMware, and vCenter.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco switches/routers and Fortinet firewalls.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Aruba Controllers/Access Points.
- Experience in Veeam Backup; SAP DR knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong vendor and relationship management skills.
- Excellent user relationship, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
