As a member of the Support organization, you will make configuration changes in production and non-production environments for clients.

- Configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments
- Gather requirements and determine the scope of work to appropriately estimate delivery effort and delivery time frames
- Analyze and modify configuration work plans
- Troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains independently
- Evaluate the impact of changes within complex client environments and independently make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards
- Evaluate integration points and cross-solution builds
- Apply change management processes throughout the service request life cycle
