Role & responsibilities

Associate/Specialist Client Account Management

- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and independently handling end-to-end project management of initiatives on the account which could pertain to any or all client relationship management, account operations setup execution, account planning, Pipeline management, account contracting, internal operations., etc.
- Support the development and execution of client strategies for our key target accounts
- Support the account industry lead and seniors in the account management team with opportunity management, relationship building, reporting, and client knowledge.
- Assist industry leads with industry specific reporting & communicating trends
- Support the senior members in the team with ad-hoc and recurring requests related to account governance
- Identify industry trends, client needs and link our capabilities and marketing programs and Point of views (POVs)
- Conducting thorough secondary research on different companies, sectors, and industries to create specific reports and marketing collaterals
- Coordinate targeted relationships building opportunities to support the client service team in developing relationships with key executives
- Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales specific collateral for accounts
- Support key account operations including,



but not limited to, stakeholder meetings, reporting, strategy execution, team communications, opportunity management, financials, research, and Voice of Client feedback process
- Keeping client experience at the center of the account teams purpose and engagement (account team meetings, communications, team site collaboration etc.) Review annual reports to provide recommendations, risks, issues, thought leadership, Deloitte opportunities etc.
- Contribute to the account planning workshops by creating pre-read reports, setting up the workshop, take notes, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and experience

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Analytics, Maths, Commerce, or a similar area
- Extensive Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, demonstrating a track record of creating comprehensive, insightful reports.

Reporting Tools Proficiency: High proficiency in using reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, PPT, Power BI skills to create agile, interactive reports immediate joiner or max NP 15 days, Hyderabad wk location. shift timing: 2PM to 11 PM interested candidate can send their cv@ (phone hidden) or email [email protected]
