Business Excellence: Achieve IMS certification for MSTL plant by reviewing and preparing documentation. Conduct IMS awareness and internal auditor certification training.

Control & System: Implement the MES system for product traceability with zero errors. Ensure the smooth operation and proper functioning of the system.

Initiate at least two Quality Circle activities every year to encourage continuous improvement within the organization.
