At Life Toolbox , we work with children and parents to build essential life skills — confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, social intelligence and leadership.

We’re looking for a Growth Associate who is creative, enthusiastic, hands-on and excited to learn and grow in a energetic environment.

? College students looking for internships, fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

What will you work on?

? Program Operations – Parent communication, follow-ups, WhatsApp groups, schedules, records, activity tracking and backend coordination.

? Content & Creatives – Research, blogs, emails, activity sheets, video/reel scripts, lead magnets, Canva designs and supporting content shoots.

? Social Media & Marketing – Posting content, identifying trends & ideas, repurposing content, community nurturing and supporting digital marketing initiatives.





? Lead Management – Connecting with leads through WhatsApp and calls, nurturing enquiries and supporting campaigns.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is passionate, enthusiastic, creative, organised and eager to learn — someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Comfort with Canva, social media and content creation is preferred. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, Meta/Instagram ads or lead generation would be an added advantage.

Experience is not a barrier. If you have the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.
