Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer Sales role based in Hyderabad, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their design requirements, budget, and timelines, and presenting tailored interior solutions and design concepts.

The Interior Designer

Sales professional will prepare and explain layout options, material selections, and finishing details, and coordinate with design, project, and vendor teams to ensure accurate execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing basic drawings or briefs, supporting space planning decisions,



and providing regular updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes maintaining sales pipelines, achieving revenue targets, and promoting Interior Company’s services in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetic solutions.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, comfort, and visual appeal.
- Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution on site.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and build long-term relationships.
- Sales orientation with experience or interest in interior design sales, customer engagement, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; qualified certifications in design or CAD tools are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local market materials, finishes, and vendors in Hyderabad is beneficial.
