Role description

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Mobility & Immigration Associate to support U.S. and global immigration programs (EMEA/APAC). This role will partner with employees, HR, Recruitment, legal counsel, and external vendors to manage immigration case initiation, documentation, compliance, reporting, and mobility-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end immigration case initiation and support with external legal counsel.

- Gather and maintain immigration documentation and employee records.

- Monitor visa/work authorization expirations and support timely renewals and compliance activities.

- Serve as a key contact for immigration-related inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and recruiters.

- Support U.S. permanent residency processes, business visa requests, I-9 reverification, and LCA compliance.

- Track immigration program activity, reporting, vendor invoices, and process improvements.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, immigration protocols, and data accuracy standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.

- 2–3 years of experience in U.S. and global immigration and/or global mobility programs.

- Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes, including temporary and permanent visas.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience in consulting,



professional services, HR, mobility, or immigration support functions is preferred.
