what we are looking for

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Leader to join our Finance Capability Center (FCC) team within our Global Capability Center (GCC).

In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary driver of our global finance transformation and a critical bridge between the global Workday Financials implementation project team and our ongoing business operations. You will be deeply ingrained in the central project team, providing critical tactical execution and implementation support across the Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Financial Data Model (FDM) workstreams.

Crucially, you will also take ownership of an expanding Workday Financials GCC Support Group. Under your leadership, this group will serve as the global Workday financials operational support engine, owning ticket triaging, general system administration, and working side-by-side with global process owners (GPOs), Product Owners (POs) and Implementation Leads (ILs) to deliver Hypercare support during and immediately following country go-lives. This position requires a hands-on Subject Matter Expert with deep functional Finance & Accounting (F&A;) knowledge including robust expertise in IFRS who can understand complex business processes and translate them into sustainable, scalable support structures.

This role will also support the seamless transition of complex F&A; activities from our international markets into the GCC. As we deploy Workday as our global ERP, you will take a prominent leadership role within the Workday project team.

:

- Lead, scale,

and mentor the GCC Workday Financials Support Team, transitioning them from a purely administrative function into a highly capable Finance systems support engine.
- Lead, drive and scale the transition of R2R, S2P and L2C tasks and processes related to the Workday financials implementation from our global markets into the GCC.
- Act as the primary recipient of Knowledge Transfer from the central project team (Product Owners and Implementation Partner). Translate project learnings, system configurations, and defect resolutions into robust runbooks for your ongoing BAU support team.
- Oversee the global intake, triaging, and resolution of Workday Financials support tickets (FDM, R2R, L2C, S2P). Ensure standard administrative tasks and user errors are resolved within strict SLAs, escalating system defects to the global Implementation Leads and Product Owners.
- Support the global Implementation Leads with critical project administration, including driving UAT/SIT testing completion, tracking defects, and formatting/validating complex legacy data extracts for Workday migration.
- Partner directly with the global Value Stream Implementation Leads to provide intense, tactical Hypercare support during multiple, concurrent country go-lives.
- Ultimately serve as the Global Process Owner (GPO) from the GCC perspective for our Workday Financials implementation.
- Partner with local markets to drive understanding of those markets and ensure successful implementation of Workday and transition of associated tasks and processes to the GCC.
- Standardize, optimize, and document R2R, S2P and L2C processes to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with the new Workday environment.
- Partner with global finance leaders, HR, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure business requirements are met during the Workday rollout.
- Develop, execute, and monitor progress against project support plans, cutover checklists, and BAU transition objectives.
- Generate cutting-edge ideas, operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, and embrace change by analyzing root causes of recurring support tickets to suggest system enhancements to the Product Owners.
