Role Description The Associate Director of Sales is a full-time, in office role based at Bookmark Resorts in Sawai Madhopur. This role is responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through targeted strategies for leisure, corporate, and group business. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and event planners.

The role involves overseeing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with revenue, marketing,



and front-office teams to optimize occupancy and rate strategies.

The Associate

Director of Sales will also coach and support the sales team, ensure high standards of customer service, and represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and expand market reach.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
- Customer Service expertise, with a focus on client relationship management, guest satisfaction, and service recovery.
- Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or resorts sales, particularly in leisure, corporate, and group segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Comfort with on-site work in Sawai Madhopur and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and travel for client visits or events as needed.
