Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of restorative, preventive, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining patients, interpreting diagnostic tests and radiographs, performing clinical procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and collaborating with other dentists and support staff to deliver coordinated care.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in Bhiwani, requiring consistent presence at the clinic and active participation in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree; valid registration/license with the appropriate dental council.
- Proficiency in routine dental procedures, including examinations, restorations, extractions, scaling and polishing, and basic endodontics.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret X-rays and other investigations and create clear treatment plans.
- Commitment to strict infection control, sterilization protocols, and overall patient safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust, explain procedures, and work collaboratively within a multi-dentist team.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate and detailed patient notes.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to clinic workflows, and participate in ongoing career development and training.
- Prior clinical experience in a dental practice or internship is preferred; familiarity with managing a diverse patient population is an advantage.
