To assist the Director in overseeing inventory accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in stock records, compliance with financial policies, and smooth coordination between accounts and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities: -
a. Inventory Accounting:
Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.
b. Stock Reconciliation:
Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations between physical stock and system records.
c. MIS Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.
d. Audit Support:
Assist in internal/external audits related to inventory and accounts.
e. Process Coordination:
Liaise with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
f. Team Assistance:
Support Director in supervising staff handling inventory and accounts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
