Role Description The Assistant Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting daily operations and guiding team members to meet service and performance targets. This role includes supervising a small team, monitoring workload distribution, and ensuring timely resolution of customer and merchant issues related to QuickSun’s financial services platforms.

The Assistant Team

Lead will coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, maintain service quality, and support new product or feature rollouts. They will track key operational metrics, prepare periodic reports,



and assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards. The role also involves enforcing compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Candidates should possess operational and process management skills, such as workflow coordination, performance tracking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess customer service and stakeholder management skills, including clear communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building with merchants and partners.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including basic data analysis, use of spreadsheets or reporting tools, and attention to detail in documenting processes.
- Candidates should possess technical aptitude and adaptability, with the ability to learn fintech platforms, understand digital payment systems, and support implementation of new tools or features.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, and prior experience in fintech, financial services, or operations leadership are highly beneficial.
