Location : Pune /n Role title: Assistant Manager - Sales /n /n About the Role /n /n The Assitant Manager - Sales & Marketing will lead and drive the strategic growth of JJ Plastalloy’s Polymer Compounds and MB division. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n Market & Competitor Understanding: /n /n /n

- Identify customer needs and monitor market trends within assigned regions.

/n

- Track competitor offerings and share insights to support product positioning.

/n /n /n Sales & Product Support: /n /n /n

- Achieve sales targets through effective territory management.

/n

- Support product and technical teams to meet customer requirements.

/n

- Maintain product mix, volume, and pricing as per business goals.

/n /n /n Sales Planning & Execution: /n /n /n

- Execute territory wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

/n

- Support key initiatives to drive market penetration and business growth.





/n /n /n Customer Relationship Management: /n /n /n

- Engage with customers regularly to understand requirements and resolve concerns.

/n

- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

/n /n /n Reporting & CRM Management /n /n /n

- Maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update activities in CRM (Zoho preferred).

/n

- Provide market intelligence, forecasting inputs, and timely updates to the zonal team.

/n /n /n Channel Sales Support /n /n /n

- Work with distributors to ensure adequate support, coordination, and sales enablement.

/n

- Assist in assessing distributor performance and maintaining solid channel alignment.
