We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for handling client conversations, generating new business opportunities, closing deals and ensuring execution through a small team of two.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the marketing industry, influencer marketing and agency business , along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Ebullient Gaming India.
- Connect with brands and clients to understand their marketing requirements.
- Pitch relevant influencer marketing and digital marketing solutions to clients.
- Manage client conversations, negotiations and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are executed smoothly.
- Guide and manage a team of two, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, follow-ups and revenue targets.
- Understand market trends, competitor activity and the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in an influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising or media agency .
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to build relationships and communicate with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a small team and get work executed effectively .
- Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Good knowledge of the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
