About the Role

Tutee E-Learning is looking for an Admin Executive to manage day-to-day academic, student, teacher, and office operations at our Kharagpur centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office and administrative activities
- Coordinate with students, parents, teachers, and management
- Schedule classes, demo classes, and meetings
- Maintain student and teacher records using Google Sheets/Excel
- Follow up with students and parents regarding classes and admissions
- Coordinate teacher schedules and class operations
- Handle documentation, reports
- Support admissions, sales, and customer communication
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre

Requirements
- Graduate in Science (or equivalent) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets




- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced education environment
- Freshers can apply

Preferred
- Experience in education, EdTech, administration, sales, or business development
- Strong Science/Mathematics background
- Candidates with prior experience in an educational institute will be preferred
