Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is looking for experienced and technically strong Civil Engineering professionals for its Ground Mount Solar Projects in Chhattisgarh.
The role will be responsible for managing and executing civil works related to utility-scale / ground-mounted solar projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, safety, quantity control and adherence to approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in Solar EPC / Ground Mount Solar / Infrastructure / Industrial Projects, particularly in civil execution and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
A. Civil Construction & Site Execution
- Manage and supervise civil construction activities for Ground Mount Solar PV Projects.
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Supervise activities such as
- Site grading and levelling
- Excavation and earthwork
- Foundation works
- Pile foundation / pile installation coordination
- MMS foundation-related civil activities
- Equipment foundations
- Inverter/transformer foundations
- Internal roads and pathways
- Drainage and storm-water structures
- Cable trenches
- Boundary wall / fencing
- Control room and other associated civil structures
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, vendors and project management teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
B. Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, layouts and construction details.
- Coordinate with the Design/Engineering team for drawing clarifications and site requirements.
- Ensure construction is carried out strictly as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify technical issues at site and coordinate for timely resolution.
C. Quantity & BOQ Management
- Check quantities as per BOQ and actual site requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Verify measurements of civil works executed by subcontractors.
- Assist in preparation and verification of M.B. / measurement sheets, RA Bills and quantity statements.
- Monitor productivity of manpower,
machinery and subcontractors.
D. Quality Control
- Ensure civil works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and testing.

- Identify defects/non-conformities and ensure corrective action.
E. Contractor & Manpower Management
- Supervise civil subcontractors and site manpower.
- Allocate work as per project priorities and schedule.
- Monitor contractor productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for material, manpower and equipment availability.
- Maintain discipline and safe working practices at site.
F. Project Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
- Track planned vs. actual progress.
- Highlight project delays, technical issues, material shortages and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager / Site Head for execution planning.
- Support project teams in achieving project milestones within the planned schedule.
G. Safety
- Ensure compliance with site HSE/Safety procedures.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow required safety practices.
- Coordinate with the Safety team to maintain safe working conditions.
- Immediately report unsafe practices and site hazards.
4. Required Technical Skills The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction & Site Execution.
- Experience in Ground Mount Solar / Solar EPC Projects will be highly preferred.

Mandatory:
- B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering OR
- Diploma – Civil Engineering
Candidates must have relevant site execution experience. 7. Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have 6–15 years of relevant civil execution experience.
- Have hands-on exposure to large-scale construction projects.
- Preferably have experience in Ground Mount Solar EPC projects.
- Can independently handle civil execution activities at project sites.
- Have experience in managing contractors, subcontractors and site manpower.
- Can coordinate effectively with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Safety and Project teams.
- Are comfortable working at project sites in Chhattisgarh.
