Assistant Manager – Operations

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with Management, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Clients, and other stakeholders.

· Handle international and domestic order tracking from order receipt to delivery.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Documentation teams for timely order execution.

· Monitor order progress and resolve delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues.

· Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders regarding order status and delivery schedules.

· Manage employees across shifts, including manpower allocation, performance, attendance, and discipline.

· Ensure proper shift handover and smooth operational continuity.

· Prepare and maintain order trackers, MIS, operational reports, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety,



and quality standards.

· Support management in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 4–5 years of relevant experience in operations, order management, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.

· Experience in an automotive warehouse will be preferred.

· Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

· Positive team-handling and people-management skills, including shift management.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
