Job responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure using FTA, 5 Why analysis, 8D and root cause analysis(RCA)Methodology.
- Lead customer audits, support external quality assessment, and ensure complaints with customer specific requirement(CSR)
- Process solid knowledge of the casting, machining, and painting process, along with visual inspection and defect identification activities.
- Monitor customer quality KPIs, include customer PPM, warranty claims, complaints closure status, customer scorecards, and other quality performance metrics.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance(QA), new product development, Engineering, Maintenance and suppliers to investigate and resolve customer quality concerns.
- Review customer drawings, specification, standards, and quality requirement during recent product development and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer specific requirement,



and other applicable automotive quality standards, BIS standards etc.
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem solving abilities and effective negotiation problem with client.
- Must have the hand-on experience in customer quality management and direct customer interaction with automotive OEMs such as Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki.
- Have strong knowledge of core tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA/FMEA, SPC, MSA and control Plan.

Experience Required 8 to 10 Years of experience
