TITLE – Assistant Manager, DME Billing /n LOCATION: Mohali / Jaipur /n EXPERIENCE: 8–12 Years /n POSITION SUMMARY /n We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – DME Billing to lead and manage end-to-end DME Revenue Cycle Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, revenue optimization, team development, and process excellence across DME Billing functions. /n The role requires strong expertise in DME Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines, Commercial Payers, Client Management, and Team Leadership. /n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /n Operations Management /n /n

- Manage end-to-end DME Billing operations and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and financial targets.

/n

- Lead multiple teams handling billing, AR follow-up, denial management, payment posting, and appeals.

/n

- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

/n

- Ensure timely claim submission and maximize collections through effective AR management.

/n

- Analyze operational performance and implement corrective action plans.

/n /n Team Leadership & People Management /n /n

- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and billing specialists.

/n

- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and team productivity.

/n

- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning.

/n

- Foster a high-performance and employee-centric work culture.

/n

- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

/n /n Client & Stakeholder Management /n /n

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and support client interactions.

- Present operational reviews, performance reports, and improvement plans.

/n

- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.

/n

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Training, HR, and Reporting.

/n /n Revenue Cycle Management /n /n

- Drive initiatives to improve collections and reduce denials.

/n

- Monitor AR aging and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

/n

- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and commercial payer regulations.

/n

- Review root causes of denials and implement preventive measures.

/n /n Process Excellence /n /n

- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

/n

- Participate in transition and migration projects, if applicable.

/n

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.

/n

- Ensure standardization of processes and best practices.

/n /n Educational Qualifications /n /n

- Graduate in any discipline

/n

- Preferred: MBA, PGDM, Healthcare Management, or related qualification

/n

- Certifications in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management will be an added advantage

/n /n Desired Candidate Profile /n /n

- 8–12 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

/n

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in DME Billing operations.

/n

- At least 2 years of experience managing Team Leads and large operational teams.

/n

- Experience managing teams of 35–85+ FTEs.

/n

- Solid understanding of DME workflows, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes.

/n

- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

/n

- Proven track record of improving operational performance and revenue outcomes.
